Schmachtendorfer Kochpott in Oberhausen

We have been looking for "our Greeks in the village" for years. Very tasty with an excellent price-performance ratio and very friendly service. If our When friends from Baden-Württemberg come to visit, it is a firm tradition to go to the pot. It is also her first question when she arrives here, whether it is planned. So the Schmachtendorfer Kochpott is only to be recommended!

Food is very good, something is usually forgotten or mixed up when ordering, sometimes unfriendly employees. And absolutely overpriced in my opinion. The bottom line for me is a snack that makes you feel like a restaurant.

It was delicious as always. But I have to emphasize again that the nice blonde lady is simply the best. She is always quick, friendly and prepares the food in the nicest way. Many a newer employee can learn a bit from this 😉

Super tasty schnitzel, currywurst, delicious gyros ... Everything was great. Friendly staff. Price a little higher, but also good food and a great atmosphere. We always like to go there.

Protective measures are good, in contrast to the champion cream schnitzel that we ordered, swims completely in sauce and whole cans of Champions XXL. Not recommended!

The hygiene concept for the purpose of Corona is implemented really well. The pens (to fill out the form) are disinfected after each use. That's how it should be ! The gyro plate tastes very good. Especially with the Suzuki you can tell that everything is freshly prepared. The portion is big and the staff is really nice. Sure it's a bit more expensive, but if the food tastes good, every penny is worth it to me. Because that's how you support the local takeaways. Gladly again

It's always delicious in the cooking pot! I guess you can sign that. In terms of price rather high level, but there is also high quality. For my taste there could be a little more sauce, e.g. with the schnitzel, but that's a matter of taste. Why only 4 stars? Things could be a little friendlier at the counter. You should still smile when there is a lot to do. I am lacking a little heart, which usually characterizes most of the potato chips stalls.

Have eaten an extremely delicious Holstein schnitzel today. It was so good (crispy, juicy, ORGANIC !!!) that I only thought about taking a photo after dinner😂

My absolute favorite fast food restaurant in Oberhausen - everything is just right here! The food is always delicious and the staff very warm and quick. The ambience is super cozy and everything is very clean. The family atmosphere gives you a brief taste of Greek culture. I can just recommend everyone to go there for dinner - by the way, there is always an ice-cold Coca-Cola 😉 PS: there is something even for veggie fans. Regards, Sarah.

Well organised, friendly stuff and a proper Greek fast food restaurant. The food is fresh, well prepared and enough to "fill up" your stomach. You can feel the Greek "smell" and enjoy the well structured, clean and family-friendly place.

Super snack in Schmachtendorf! We just moved here and were still in the middle of the move. Cooking was still out of the question, so we looked for something tasty to eat quickly. In the meantime we have been here three times and will certainly come back regularly. Good portions and everything tasted good so far.
